I knwo this is random but I’m kinda curious. What got you into writing???

This is so nice of you to ask!! Tbh I’ve kinda been writing my whole life, I was one of those kids that was always writing little stories in a journal. What really did it for me I think was in middle school, I was on my schools competitive writing team (yes that’s a real thing) for two years. We’d go to these meets and you’d have like thirty minutes to write a story from a random prompt. I fell in love with it and have been writing ever since. I studied English and writing in college, I now write professionally as my job, and I hope to publish YA novels someday.

23: if I could send a message back to Jan 1 2023 Me, it'd be to SLOW DOWN! The show will exist, but It'll exist better if you have faith, work steadily, and rely on your community. Honestly this project has so much of my heart that the hardest thing has been fighting the feeling that it'll just magically expire if I don't go full throttle ahead all the time. But the thing is, it's already the most work I've put into any single creative project in my life - it'll be. It'll be best with strong collaborators and good organization. It'll be best if the people making it have time to breathe. Thanks for the ask!

1. Miko. Said it before, I’ll say it again, she’s a fave.

2. Honestly, I think it’s Luz. It’s rare for me to have the main character be my favorite (he says right after labeling the main character of the first show), but...she’s just great.

3. Because SOMEONE *glares at Villain Pit* COULDN’T STAY IN THE “GRAY” MORAL AREA.

4. I’m two episodes behind on the Digimons so...um...Mimi, maybe?
