Thanks to my good friend Omega, I bring you my AU's official redesign of Free Ranger. It's the same as regular Free Ranger, but with a reproportioned body to be less off-model-feeling (the enlarged lower limbs don't work for some characters, and Free Ranger is one of them) and resemble a real chicken (which is why he has the hips and thighs alongside his usual sturdy build). As for the shoes, that ties into a bigger thing: I made him a ballet dancer. And an Indigenous dancer, but that's more flavor that gameplay function (it's for his lore; he's Indigenous-coded since, well, it makes sense because he's basically thunderbird-lite).

His armor was also redone because I really didn't like how bulky it looked. I prefer a streamlined sort of thing for him. Also his spin animation is the reason I gave him pointe shoes. I did not like how he points his feet, so, now he spins on perfect point.

Oh yeah, and I gave him tailfeathers. And a longer ponytail (which I made his comb). It looks nicer that way. And speaking of which, those are below. His comb is on the left, the middle are his sickle feathers and the right are his regular tail feathers.

Posting a Skylanders OC...Kind Of

Well, it's hard to call her an OC, but I wanted to talk about one of the characters created for the sequel to Skylanders: Skybrids (the game got so big I had to make a sequel), and by extension, the "Amalgamation" Skylanders AU.

I saw the Doom Stone concept art and I really liked all of the designs featured, so I made them all into OC family members for the big spinning statue, and the snake one in particular, I really liked. I made her Doom Stone's sister and also made her a Skylander.

Skylanders Name: Lovestruck Real Name: Sabine Venera Stone Gender: Female Species: Sentient, Stone, Snake Statue Element: Magic Weapon: Spear and Bow & Arrow Battle Cry: The power of love compels you!

I mostly want to talk about her though because of the real name I gave her. I wanted it to connect with Doom Stone's real name I gave him. The following bit on that detail is taken from the linked fan wiki page I wrote.

Sabine and Doom Stone's real names are meant to be be mirrors of one another: the first names are puns on dies Sabbati (Saturday) and dies Dominicus (Sunday), making them both references to days of the week (in this instance, the weekend). Their middle names are taken from a Roman deity (Marcellus derives from Mars, Venera derives from Venus) which also is a reference to the saying "men are from Mars; women are from Venus" which aligns with their genders (male for Dominic, female for Sabine). The reason for their parallels and mirrors is because Sabine becomes a Skylander in Skylanders: Skybrids 2, making the two Stone siblings a neat family pair of sorts.

Oh, and this isn't on the page because I don't know where to mention it, but I want Sabine's main color scheme to be blue. This is another parallel: she's named for Venus who's often associated with Orange because of the planet, therefore she's the opposite color Blue. Doom Stone is named for Mars who's associated color is Red, and his color scheme is the opposite color of Green.

I put a lot of thought into these two for no real reason but it was fun to have a sibling pair with a lot of mirrors and all.

Amalgamation au

Au where OFA is benevolent, eldritch horror-esque amalgamation of all the previous users

The more a user uses OFA, the more sustainable they are to becoming part of it.

A strong will is required to keep OFA from completely taking over users

Once part of OFA the new user loses their individuality and becomes part of the whole. It's not "he" or "she" its them. They may refer to themselves in the third person.

They keep their memories, but they all get mixed together to the point it makes it harder to make sense of. They remember one of them was AFO's brother, but they can't remember his name or the games they used to play together before it all turned bad. They remember the son they abandon, but they don't remember his face watching his mother leave him behind

All might, with all his will power, begins to slip up after his injuries thanks to trauma. At first it is hardly noticable- like accidentally calling afo "brother"- but as the series progresses, it get worse. He once spend an entire hour talking to Gran Torino about the "good old days" before realizing he was not alive back then and was he was actually recalling Nana's memories.

All might actually does not know much about OFA thanks to Nana dying early, and has no idea how to explain to Izuku he is slowly becoming one with OFA

Izuku doesn't have to worry about becoming one with OFA yet, but keeps injuring himself to the point that OFA just forcibly takes over like the AtlA avatar state.
