Spot illustrations of @the-accidental-horcrux‘s vigilante monster hunters chilling in a coffeehouse, through this year’s @amnestyminibang! Digital art was lightly messing with my carpals, so I took a gamble and did the final pieces in sepia pencils and inks.

Welcome to the first TAZ: Amnesty Mini Bang event! You might be wondering what the hell is this supposed to be, so let’s clear that up.

The tl;dr version: writers write fics. Artists choose a fic to illustrate. Everything is posted on the same day, hence the name Big Bang (or, since this fandom is still relatively small, a Mini Bang. Get your mind out of the gutter!)

The rules:

1. Writers sign-ups start on January 20th. Every submission must include a short description of the fic you’re planning to write, as well as all relevant tags, enough to give others an idea of what your work is going to be about. You will receive an e-mail confirmation of your submission being accepted. Writers sign-ups close on January 30th at midnight, CET. 2. On January 31st, a list of submitted fic descriptions will be posted, and artists sign-ups will open. Each artist can claim one fic. You will receive an e-mail confirmation of your claim. Artists sign-ups close on February 10th at midnight, CET. (If by that time some fics remain unclaimed, artists are allowed to claim additional fics) 3. By February 28th, each writer has to be able to show their artist a draft of their fic, or enough scenes to choose from to start drawing. The minimum is one illustration per fic, but feel free to do more! 4. March 20th is posting day! Coordinate with your artist to make sure you’ll both be able to post your work on time. If you’re a writer: post your fic adding it to the official collection on Ao3, and include links to the art in the notes! If you’re an artist: post your art on tumblr, and include links to the fic in the caption! All posts should be tagged with #amnestyminibang

Additional information:

Minimum word count for fics is 1000 words

I opened a discord server for easier tracking of the updates and helping/motivating eachother. You’ll receive a link to it in the confirmation e-mail!
