In your opinion, what is every TSAMS villain main strength and weakness?

I think Eclipse's strengths were his cunning and his tenacity. He kept the heat on Sun and Moon and refused to give up until the end of V2. And for as much shit as I give him when he had the Star, even though he moped and barely did shit he did still try to torment Sun and Nexus. And we all know Eclipse's intelligence was his most intimidating strength, he rivaled Moon's intellect and honestly even surpassed it several times.

But I'd argue his biggest weakness was, unsurprisingly, his pride. I think too many times, he got complacent due to his pride and that's exactly what gave Sun, Moon, Lunar and Nexus the openings they needed to strike and stop him. Like with Lunar, Eclipse seemed so sure that Lunar was wrapped around his finger that he let his guard down, meanwhile Lunar is arranging an otherthrow behind Eclipse's back that absolutely pays off.

And even though I don't often discuss villain Lunar in these asks, I do want to answer here and say that Lunar's greatest strengths were his own intelligence and his knack for deception. He was dubbed the "dumb one" as Eclipse's brother but Lunar was way more intelligent than anyone ever gave him credit for. It's almost like TSAMS is shallow and only considers intelligence to equal math/science skills, especially in the early days...

So that means I think Lunar's biggest weakness that he did honestly overcome was his heart. I think what held him back most was his desire to be loved and seeking love from a source he knew wouldn't ever regard him as an equal. But this is by no means me looking down on Lunar, his situation was very understandable to anyone with basic media literacy.

Bloodmoon's greatest strength was obviously their physical strength. Always has been. At the end of the first October takeover it was pointedly noted by Moon that they did a lot of damage to Sun's body after fighting Eclipse, and they've notably mangled Terra and Monty during their V2 era. Of course, they use underhanded tactics in fights but they've still always been known for being the muscle of whatever villain duo they get dragged into.

Their greatest weakness is being a puppet to everyone who sees fit to hold their strings. Killcode, Ruin, even Stitchwraith. Bloodmoon has a very notable habit of, despite outright defying Eclipse in their debut, very easily falling into their purpose as a tool for others and being used by more intelligent/deceptive villains. Pretty sure Killcode himself told them they would always be a tool before they killed him, and I see why. They seem like they become complacent once their need for blood and killing is seen to, so they tend to struggle to branch out beyond that.

That brings us to Killcode. His greatest strength is absolutely his skills of deception. He was incredibly manipulative and knew how to turn a phrase to make others trust him and cooperate, examples being Bloodmoon and Moon. Eclipse was wise to his tricks because he used those exact tactics himself, albeit with less success. I also think it's worth noting that Solar was wise to it because he was hearing about it second-hand and didn't experience the act for himself, so he couldn't be taken in by KC's charm, so to speak.

I think his greatest weakness, the thing that made him struggle, was the command codes. What the Creator used to boost his homicide code. Or maybe even his homicide code itself was his greatest weakness, ironic considering he is the homicide code manifested into a sentient AI. Though it's interesting to note that even that is not too great for him to conquer in his own small way- after all, he managed to retreat back to the daycare eventually and holed up in it. Then he was able to put on an act and pretend to be Moon while talking with Terra and Sun, the only problem was him being in pain.

Ruin's greatest strength is his skills for deception, like Lunar and Killcode. He tricked everyone into thinking he had a virus for months, tricked everyone into thinking he was cured for months, tricked so many into thinking he cared and was their friend, even after his villain arc was "over." He manages to lull those around him into a false sense of security, earning their trust, then he stabs them in the back. Nexus, Solar and Eclipse in particular can attest to that.

As for his greatest weakness, I think it's his over-inflated sense of righteousness. Whenever he gets in trouble with those he betrayed he plays the martyr. He thinks he does bad things for the greater good and gets wrapped up in this mix of a hero and victim complex.

Darksun's greatest strength is also his talent for deception, no I am not going to call him intelligent it's fake as hell because the narrative had to dumb down the others to elevate him. Anyway, Darksun managed to act as Sun and trick his family a couple times, as well as managed to trick Lord Eclipse by acting as servant Sun. He also tricked Nexus into thinking he was on his side and had no intent on betraying him. Which. We know how that went.

I can't really say his weakness is anything but the Star he has killing his body. The show doesn't really let him have any other weaknesses as far as I've noticed. Also why won't he just die faster.

That brings us to Nexus. I think his greatest strength has to be his ability to use Negative/Dark Star Power. Being fully honest, he picked it up incredibly fast and was able to use it in a great many ways to attack those he was seeking vengeance on. He could even overcome Sun's magic to force him to kneel.

As for his greatest weakness, oh gods where do I start and what do I even pick. Nexus, as much as I have come to fully appreciate his capability as a villain, had so many weaknesses. Ego/pride, too trusting in his "allies," terrible in manipulation/deception, not to mention his natural weakness to Positive Star Power. I suppose it's most apt to say his trust in both Ruin and Darksun is his greatest weakness, because that's ultimately what lead to his downfall.

The Overseer frankly has no strengths aside from his "power." You know, his power to see through many dimensions at once. But he couldn't even see one prick who sat his twink-ass in the same dimension for how many months because he was "too hard to find." And his weakness is that he is just. An idiot. He threatened someone allied with a cosmic entity and got complacent because he underestimated Cosmos's care for his family and got nuked for it.

So, back in January, I got REALLY sick for a full week. It wasn't COVID, but I'm fairly certain it was related to the mounting stress of certain political events that happened that week. (The "Inauguration. Ugh.) ANywho, as a result of my desperate attempt to remain functional for that time, I was mainlining DayQuil and working from home to not go bankrupt. lol. But doing that always leaves me VERY exhausted and VERY loopy, which inspired some fun comics.

Random question, but is Dayquil some kind of Author super drug? lol

I've had a nasty head cold and a fever for the last week and a half. Been hopped up on Dayquil this whole time. And suddenly a Oneshot idea I had is 7 chapters long.
