Absolutely. They are what we call pictures. In this case, images taken from a longer set of moving pictures we call an animated film. This series of animated films is called Arthur.

In the original version, the frames are projected many times a second, and due to a phenomena known as the persistence of vision, appear to us to be moving.

No forgiveness needed! The ship is called Dust Buddies because at the time a lot of us first started shipping it, all we had to go on was their hand hold after they'd returned to life from being turned to dust by Sutekh in Empire of Death. We were suggesting ship names because Ibrahate sounded like we hated Ibrahim so I jokingly offered up Dust Buddies to the chat. I CANT believe it stuck but I low key LOVE IT 🤣

IMPORTANT NOTE AND EXPLANATION FOR MELTING POINT, RICKY ZB1

Hi. First of all I’d like to apologize for the inactivity with the promised series for Melting Point. I’d like to clarify that the series is not discontinued and that I’m not forgetting it at all.

During my last year of highschool when this series was first posted, I had entrusted a friend of mine to my google docs account. This whole series had been prewritten prior to the first publishing of the story, and was almost finished in exception of the last two chapters (aka the ending and epilogue).

This ex-friend of mine had liked a man at that time, and was furious when said man was rumored out to like me instead because we were group partners in two different subjects. Of course, this was not true and I did not talk to him outside of projects which I had explained to her already. Still, she took her anger out on me and deleted ALL 27 docs I’ve had in my account: 14 of which were wips for tumblr which included this almost finished series. (The others were my school documents.)

I had spiraled into a very big writer’s block after that due to the stress of not being able to retrieve any of my works. I apologize once again for going under hiatus for what seemingly was for no reason since I was too sad and tired of everything to explain to anyone about it.

Recently, however, I have regained my motivation to write a few works which I am proud of and am hoping that you guys would still be willing to check those out in the meantime. I am currently rewriting everything for this series and am happy to announce that this series will be ongoing to usual schedule by July. Maybe even before July hits.

Once again, I thank everyone for the support that you have given me and am hoping that all of you enjoyed my works.

When the kids in my verse lose their virginity.

Leah: Literally 12. I know, it's gross. She's super sexually charged, like her aunt. But unlike Laurie, she's focused on one partner, James. If she didn't have James around, though, she would only lose her virginity a bit later, at around 13-4. More like Laurie, who I actively headcanon loses her virginity and actively engages in sexual activity far too young, too.

Leah and Laurie both actively hide this reality from their parents, so neither of them are on birth control. They just rely on the condom, but Laurie's far luckier. Kitty, as a nurse, catches on a bit quicker, and quietly helps her get on birth control.

Hallie: Around 12-13. Her girlfriend pressures her into doing it, and she continues to do it, too.

James: 14, with Leah.

Becca: Around 16-17.

Adrian: Same as Becca (but not with Becca, obviously).

Betsy: 19, after she starts college.

Kate: 20-1, while living in New York. She's the opposite of her sister, and it takes a lot of bonding and time to consider a sexual relationship. She's more like her mother, but she doesn't literally have an Eric living next door.

Hannah: 20-1. She waits until she's married. She has a kid when she's the youngest, though, at 23. Kelso's the first of the gang to become a grandparent, and it's not via Betsy, as perhaps expected.
