Do it! Start up a rebloggable post and organize an effort, or just do your own magic to commandeer forces towards that goal. The original mass spell effort was a binding from causing harm spell, if you recall, so it really shouldn’t be hard for it to bolster anti-nuclear-war efforts.

That being said, reading up on the North Korea nuclear situation and the relevant international nuclear negotiation tactics is also a good idea.
