My biggest problem, in a nutshell, about Series Six/Season 32 of Who is thus:

If you're going to make a big point about the continuity and arcs in your series, ensure that your characterisations reflect that fact, and that they change to realistically respond to events that have happened in previous episodes. That series did not do this.
