Thinking about how in 1x10 “Silent Night”, Det. Shannon claims to recognize Malcolm from his tremor at age 10 when he interviewed him right after the Surgeon was brought in. But in 2x03 “Alma Mater” Malcolm claims he developed the tremor after being locked in a supply closet for 3 day, years after his father’s arrest.

So my question is WHAT IS THE TRUTH/is this just a continuity error on the part of the writers
