Au idea! Izumi has the ability to make chickens appear! Now hold on, it may be funny (she does get laughed at) but the laughter stops when the chicken she produces attacks Bakugou because it knew he was going to Izumi.

Tenya stared at the girl he'd previously scolded for her muttering. The one who shot back, while sure her mumbling was annoying, at least she didn't stand up to interrupt Present Mic, who probably would talk about the Zero Pointers unless she'd pressed. He was a plant in the group.

Tenya had sat down quickly, blushing but impressed. Present Mic had asked him to make a scene when the man saw him last, explaining that it was to play off his persona. He hadn't expected anyone to see it.

Still, he wasn't sure about the girl, eyeing her when she approached another contestant. He hadn't interfered, given that her scolding of him earlier was justified, and he felt shame when she just thanked the other girl for helping her earlier.

When the exam started, though...

"That is a giant chicken," an examinee said, eyes wide as he stared at the six-foot-tall chicken attacking a robot. There were other chickens around, all attacking robots.

"I..." Tenya swallowed, seeing the girl he'd scolded earlier using her Quirk to make more chickens appear. "I have never seen this Quirk."

It was impressive how she used it.

Up in the viewing room, people were laughing. They couldn't help it.

"Oh man," Nemuri wiped away her tears. "She took a Quirk everyone would call useless and made it work. I love this girl."

"Please, please, Nezu, please put her in my class," Vlad King cackled. "I will do anything."

"Hmm, perhaps. She has a secondary side effect," Nezu said pleasantly. "That only appeared recently." Nezu pulled up her file. "Midoriya Izumi, Quirk: Chicken. She can make live chickens appear out of nowhere using her own fat cells and energy. Due to her heavier training over the past year for heroics, she discovered she can channel that energy into her limbs to level super-powered punches and kicks. However, it's still something she is working on." Nezu looked over his shoulder at Shouta. Nemuri grinned with all her teeth as she saw her friend close his eyes in despair.

Weird new Quirk side effect? That would be his job.

She couldn't wait.
