No because too many things would have changed by that point.

Basically, the backstory is Symbol of Evil is very roughly the same (not exactly the same but enough) with Izuku's death being the point of divergence. Think of it as a crossroad. The longer Izuku is doing whatever he is doing in the light novel and the further he gets from the web novel.
