While it was awkward, and hurt somewhat to think about. Tooth muscled past it. How foolish they all were, letting their fear get the better if them. Even if the danger had mounted as much as it had. They knew better.
But it was past, they had learned from the mistakes. And in the end all of them had become friends. The Guardians of Childhood had grown in size, strength, and devotion for their cause.
And honestly Toothiana couldn’t be happier about having Jack with them.
“You’re right. You know yourself better now. And now it's completely cleared.”
She swept her arms in front of her in emphasis, smile on her face as the tension in the air dissipated with Jack’s little smile. His smile was the surest way to lighten the mood.
