if you think Joanna Lannister wouldn’t be merciless like Tywin or Cersei when it came to her House and her family you haven’t been paying attention
#&&. as graceful as she is feral [ CHARACTER STUDY / HEADCANONS. ]#true enough we know nearly nothing about joanna in canon#but considering the environment she grew in#with the lannisters being laughed at bc tytos#and later living in court as a companion to rhaella#and considering that tywin loved this woman#and that people would go as far as to say she ruled him#i think it's same to assume joanna could be just as ruthless#except her place as a woman#and not one who ruled like cersei#and one who would obey societal expectations#would prevent her of upfront acting on it#i wish i could write coherent meta but this is what i have iasdufhasdifhsad#&&. this ain’t a fairytale [ out of character / the mun. ]#i think jo was friendlier#than either tywin or cersei#tho#and that she would have a few that would be considered true friends#and trusted#and i like to think the princess of dorne was one of them#and that rhaella might have been one of them in their youth#but while i think her friendship/trust/respect for the princess of dorne would have remained until her death#the same wouldn't happen with rhaella#because of many things#okay now i'm just ranting#i'll stop now
