So me and the r1999 dc server's lore chat decided to watch Out of The Dark (1995), the movie An-an Lee is based on. The movie is where a ghostbuster, a girl, and a group of security guards team up to expel the ghosts that lurk in an apartment in Hong Kong.

We concluded that Kwan (the girl) was AAL, while Leo (the guy) was Pavia, X, and Vertin in one body. Why?

This man had Pavia's personality and world-class acting, X's inventions and wits, and Vertin's skillset and resilience/endurance.

Comedic character associations aside, we did figure out why AAL is based off of this movie. Design-wise she looks like Kwan, but a lot of her abilities and quirks come from Leo and other aspects of the movie. I wouldn't spoil it if you'd want to watch it.

This movie is something I'd recommend if you like horror/comedy with a mix of nonsense, it was entertaining and quite an interesting movie! Warning that there's heavy violence and dark humor in the movie too, so tread carefully when watching.

Remember when you visited your friends at uni and went on a night out and bonded with their housemate who studied medicine and talked about your mental health struggles and hugged each other in the smoking area and bought each other shots and followed all of their social media and tagged them in photos of your night together on facebook

then a month later you ask your friend about them and they're like "oh yeh she posted her nudes in the group chat, threatened to stab us all then stole the tv and moved out. still see her at netball socials sometimes"

Making my own content that makes me happy- and not worrying about if other people will like it- is VERY hard. However I think it is something I am getting better at.
