ok but what do the villagers in Haven eat?? cos I'm there with my hound, my boyfriend Alistair, my best friend who tried to assassinate me and an old woman who can do some fancy healing shit, right, and these cultists come along with no weapons, just their fists, and half a second later almost all of my party is dying. and i'm standing there with my weapon, completely drained, wynne is casting revival spells left and right, Alistair's consuming all of my poultices and Zevran's not even attacking, he's just trying to open some novice level lock??

Does anyone else feel kind of bad for the people of Haven?

Like... they are a people raised believing they are protecting something important from the world. Something older than what the rest has known. Older than the most popular religion. And then you got some ass holes wondering around like poking their noses in stuff. If someone tried to walk back into my house and look at my room, I’d probably be upset, too. But nooooo. It’s suspicious. And then we just murder the entire village for protecting an ancient relic. Honestly, it would have been awful if the country found out about the ashes, let’s be honest.

And Genitivi... does anyone else think he is weird? I thought maybe he might be a Tevinter scholar. Because do we ever find out who he really is? Or where he is from? Nope. We don’t. But here he is in Haven acting like he doesn’t know why they have a revered Father. Like for real? You totally know. A scholar of religion, he would totally know that the Tevinter religion has revered father. And then he opens the damn medallion like ooooh weeeeellllll... there are only a few left and it was a lucky guess. REALLY?
