thinking sbout how its the 40s in lotf and interracial relationships (and gay relationships likely) were frowned upon or even illegal. huntingmates was ILLEGAL.
Ooooooh Ashley’s back now too 👀
Ok just *breathes in*
OH MY GOSH-
did the writers of this show litterally burn down a church just so the house the gays are having sex in happens to be free of other people?!
and where is maggie! !!!! !!
@disaster-magnet-runner-five really went ahead and made a dream-ish AU where everyone wakes up in the real world again and I had to go ahead and draw that terrible moment for Five.
AND THEN! THEN @inkfire-scribe asked what habit they'd struggle to get out of after they wake in the real world and it had me FEELING FEELS! So to answer that - in the apocalypse world, Five uses Radio Cabel to calm themself down when they're upset or panicking. So the first thing they'd do is grab the radio and search the channels until realising they are totally alone...
WIP Wednesday (On a THURSDAY!!!)
I was tagged by @pchberrytea to share a WIP yesterday. I had some stuff queued up, but then didn’t feel super jazzed about it. So, here’s a new bit!
“Ah, my favorite friend!” Vadim Bobrov walked up to the Lone Wanderer, a cheery smile on his face. “What can I get for you?”
“Something strong.” Luke sighed heavily. Vadim stood and studied the angry young man for several seconds before nodding in understanding.
“It is troubles with a lover, isn’t it?” the Russian stated rhetorically as he pulled a bottle and two glasses from under the table. The large man placed both on the bar. Luke glowered at a spot on the bar before nodding grudgingly. Vadim tutted, uncorking the bottle and pouring two portions into the open glasses. He handed one of the glasses to Luke.
“тебе мой друг.” He said, clinking his glass with the Lone Wanderer’s. “To you, my friend.” Both men swallowed the contents of their glasses in one swallow.
