2: What scene did you first put down?

The first scene I wrote was Apollo giving Steph her new costume! So I've been building to that for a while. <3

5: What part was hardest to write?

Whenever I have to sit down and rewrite or tangle with any of Rick's stuff because people get OPINIONATED about it and I'm just out here going "well consider: I think Ares Cabin is unfairly treated"

6: What makes this fic special or different from all your other fics?

Probably trying to recreate a written type of style? Like, Percy's got such a distinctive written voice, not just in terms of dialogue but in terms of narration, and we've seen it in so many different situations and ways that it's a real challenge to play with, but so far people are enjoying it!

15: What did you learn from writing this fic?

That Greek Mythology/PJO fans have opinions, and it's a nightmare fandom that I will not be revisiting once I'm done with this fic lmao <3

On a less salty note, I've learned a lot about trying to evoke a specific writer's style, which is a new and very specific challenge.

Novice (never taken vows when alive); was turned in the 1910′s as the aftermath of a life-threatening landmine accident. 

A walking contradiction — zealous but deemed evil by her religion, prideful of her Ventrue lineage but deeply ashamed of her undeath, fancies herself the enforcer of justice while it couldn’t be further from the truth. 

Gaslight, Gatekeep, Girlboss: driven by a personal goal to rid the existing vampire population of thin-bloods, degenerates and undesirables. Will and have committed diablerie. The sight of lowly “weaklings” irritates her beyond measure.

She really thinks she’s favored by god and all that, but of course the Church will beg to differ...
