This is a long and complicated list that has changed over the past few years since I answered the same question before so I'm not sure what to say. Maybe when I'm not lazy I'll try to answer.
Also I want to know: is this manga list and anime list you're asking just manga and original anime? Or are we talking about anime with manga adaptations or manga with anime adaptations?
Also I kinda wished you included light novels into the question since I have a more definitive answer with that.

It is kinda annoying that you can’t really talk about Palm without someone going “bloody pedophile!!” especially when Hisoka is such a popular character. And while I would like to call this out for misogyny, I dont think that’s it. Hisoka is supposed to be a villain, him including children in the group of “I get turned by fighting them” isn’t as weird as Palm, seemingly one of the good guys, wanting to date Gon. Still I wish people would give her more attention because I do think she has the most underrated character development in HxH, and I love her arc. Togashi doesn’t write characters to be looked up upon that should be obvious for any HxH fan, and I think Palm’s story is more so about her finding out someone finally likes her and gets obsessed. Eventually she learns to not need that affirmation. She also said one of the most quoted lines in all of HxH, idk give my girl some more credit for being a good character.
