Ooh, thank you for the prompt! My favorites I've written:
Ladybird, Ladybird. Jake's mom grieves the life she thought she had, after the end of the war. This one basically wrote itself, from an idea I'd vaguely had since ~3rd grade.
The Unending Lull. Overnight, all the yeerks in the entire empire suddenly die, midway through the series. Imagining a quieter and more uncertain version of the ending, where the Animorphs aren't famous and so end up having to continue to attend high school, ate my entire brain.
Total Recall. Tom's point of view on Visser formerly-Three's trial. Sort of a synecdoche for all of Eleutherophobia, in that it was the first fic in the series I wrote and the one that got me onto my zombieverse kick.
What if Tom and Melissa escaped together? Sort of an apocalyptic take on the end of the war, from an ant's-eye view. One of my favorite story frames, and the only AU I've ever been tempted to scrub and rewrite as an original novel.
What if they were in a haunted house? My own take on the liminal spaces concept, with Animorphs. Much like #4, I love this AU because it let me play with one of my all-time favorite horror tropes. (#4 is my tribute to Cloverfield, How I Live Now, The Road; this one to Skinamarink, House of Leaves, Backrooms) and it's something I'd love to write more of at some point.
