12: Show us an old drawing?

From age 15-17, I made the "stylistic choice" to make every artwork super dark and then highlight/expose select parts of the image. I was trying to hide everything I wasn't confident in. This was also when i was figuring out photoshop and went ham on the brush tools.

As usual, the fanboys aren’t gonna care about the things that Nadria has brought up as being an issue in the writers room for obvious reasons. Their responses, just like with Ray Fisher, are to go on the attack and question her integrity like she has a reason to lie about her experience. They think just because they liked the premiere that there really isn’t a problem or that she’s exaggerating the issues. That’s what continues to be frustrating. Them wanting black people/POC to just shut up and play nice and when they don’t they are the problem not the issues they are pointing out. That’s why I’m not watching this Superman show because I do believe TH said/did those things. Look how he treated the Iris character, her journalism. To say there are no black people in Canada, that they would have to ship them in to be on the show is offensive to me but of course some won’t get it. A lot of these shows were/are ran by fanboys or white feminists so the storylines are going to be problematic at times to a certain group of people. Yes we need diversity in every aspect of shows. I don’t expect much from this industry at the moment, there are snakes in disguise everywhere. I just focus on trying to change what I can change using the platforms I’ve been provided through my job and other things one day at a time. I see the difference it’s making and that’s where I find purpose. I leave the sm stuff to those who have the time and energy to do all that

What Todd said was blatantly racist, but I’m sure there are plenty of racist fanboys to make excuses, while also being racist and misogynistic towards Nadria. This infuriates me, but also doesn’t surprise me, as we’ve seen for years how these racist incels operate. 

Anyways, good for you, nonnie, actively working for change through your job and in your day to day life. That’s wonderful and very much something to be proud of!
