I blame the fact there are a lot of game creepypastas (Ben Drowned, Ghost, MissingNo, BRVR, Lost Silver, Sonic.EXE, etc.). But there are probably a few strong pokemons since I'm sure they are also a part of some sort of creepypasta stories. I assumed that only pokemons featured in creepypastas would be seen in the Underrealm/creepypasta universe, instead of every single pokemon since there are a ridiculous amount of them. But honestly, who knows? There could be a whole section of the underrealm where theres a whole world of pokemons and all that. There is also a Nurse Joy creepypasta, so the multiple Nurse Joys are probably roaming an area of the underrealm.

During his human Arc
In this AU instead of LJ living with him/ putting him under his wing it's frankie. In fact Jax * wills father* actually payed frankie to watch over him if he passes. Which of course later on he does.
Just like in other universes Will does grow up with Anthony and fell in love with him first. Which is why he was completely broken when he woke up in the underworld realm presumed dead with frankie looking out the window.
Frankie understood how badly will wants to go back so he gave him an choker that would allow him to enter the human realm and return to the underworld when he's ready BUT he needs to get stronger first
So frankie trains him. Eventually will did start to hunt demons and get stronger over time very slowly
In this universe he never became friends with LJ instead he basically killed the clown, and eventually when he found out about Isaac and the grossman curse he hunts the old man down to obviously kill him.
Once he killed him will felt slightly free but not completely.
Eventually as time went on he Eventually found an unexpected surprise. A knock out Anthony on the ground. Obviously went through a rough fight
He actually drag Anthony home making frankie slightly nervous knowing how dangerous Anthony is. But understood William's reasoning
When Anthony woke up will had his legs and arms around him holding his soulmate close while sleeping
Time skip to couple chapters they had their first date at a roller rink * Frankie is there along with Dr Forenzik. Yep the doc is in this au as the scientist/ doctor if the faction. Frankie is the leader * obviously * the rest of the followers I'm still trying to think. But it's a rebellion group against slender man and Zalgo.
During the first date not only did they had their first kiss but they also accidentally fused. Boy was that accidental situation fun

Demon form!/ his demon arc
So remember how I mentioned the grossman has an curse? Well thanks to Isaac after his death from lj the grossman family end up suffering a curse when they become half human half demon. Which is another reason why Frankie gave will that pentagram choker. It's not just a teleporter it's a ceil to keep Will's unstable demon powers down.
It worked for awhile until Anthony got brutally injured making will goes berserk holding his lover close woth his choker pendant completely shattering revealing his demon powers

Re-reading this was crazy! A lot of stuff is going on so you basically have a whole movie trailer playing in your mind while you read, it's kinda fun! I do love references to shows I've enjoyed so, seeing a reference to the demon twins from Panty and Stockings was a treat, as well as seeing Dr. Forenzik being mentioned to have a small role here! Frankie being the one to take Will under his wing is really nice, quite a change in their usual dynamic. I am a bit shocked that Will was able to kill both Isaac and LJ, which how potentially difficult they could be to get rid of.
I'm not commenting much on the ship aspect of it cuz you know how I feel about those two lovebirds uvu hehe iwic. I do find your three picks for Will's theme pretty neat! I don't remember if you did send me any voiceclaims for the Will in this au. I do love the info you give me on our special little blonde boy, especially that bulletpoint about his personality. Keeping his awkwardness but making him dangerous, an odd mix in my eyes, but it can definitely work well.

Each character has a different favorite type of alcohol;
Will's favorite is either budlight or possibly blue moon. It's the only ones that don't immediately fuck him up
Laughing Jack 's was obvious from the comic I just forgot what it's called surprisingly. He'd always pick that one since it fucks you up the most * with the way the underworld makes it at least* that and whiskey. Will learned not to fight LJ when it comes to drinking nights. If he's getting that certain drink EVERYBODY he's hanging out with will too weather they like it or not
Frankie I feel like would be on the fancy side being rich and all; Prefers either pear or Apple when it comes to champagne but when it's whine? He'd prefer red or white

I find it funny I know nothing about alcoholic drinks so, my first assumption is that Will is a lightweight from what you just said.
The drink is Absinthe, the good stuff they bought with Frankie's platinum credit card. I remember having no idea why a platinum credit card meant so much, I was such a dumb kid lol.
I know he likes whiskey, but I'm sure it's not the only thing he'd drink, don't know about champagne but maybe. As for wine, I'd assume so, but that's just me. Half of me assumed Frankie would also like strong stuff, but he's probably more on the neutral side, smoking and drinking or reading with a glass of his drink of choice.
But what makes Anthony drunk on soda? Is it the fructose corn syrup? The carbon dioxide and water forced into the soda at high pressure? The caffeine? I need to know-

Headcanons that I've thought were canon for years:
LJ has a slight overbite, which is why his teeth are visible sometimes when he smiles without trying to show off his teeth
Will sometimes is just absolutely baby brained/lh, he will sometimes just wanna touch things he shouldn't (ex: in Dr. Forenzik's lab, page 23, panel 5 in the Creeps comic)
Frankie is probably a light sleeper or just takes a while to fall asleep, plus short tempered just like his height, so he will have a shouting match with anyone who wakes him up unless he knows he can't win it
LJ wears striped thigh highs and only Will knows what his legs look like without em.
Shadow people/creatures can usually come out in daytime in the underrealm because it's not the same type of sunlight as there is on Earth
Headcanons that live in my head rent free:
LJ can change pretty much anything about himself with no problem, even what his insides are made of. One moment you have stuffing, the next you have organs, and then you accidentally stab him and cockroaches leak out of him to bite you
Genuinely, the neighbors that have seen Frankie enough to remember what he looks like are Will and LJ, cuz they annoy him to hell and back (and obviously the landlord-)
Will sometimes acts dumber than he is so people will underestimate his abilities, LJ took a bit to catch onto that, considering Will was a dumb kid when they met
Frankie is gay and no one knows cuz he barely talks to anyone and doesn't show any interest in having a partner due to his job. You also wouldn't notice it just by watching him, a whole cabbage emotes more than him
Bell knows how it feels losing someone you were close to, which is probably one of the reasons why he decided to help out Frankie without backstabbing him in some way.
