You know, considering all the strange ways it can manifest, and the very broad definition, it make very well be true that every trans person has dysphoria.
But you know what? I’m staunchly anti-transmedicalism. Why? Because at its core, it’s not about defining dysphoria or helping people navigate their gender(s). It’s about respectability politics and policing gender expression, done by transphobes in denial and trans people who don’t want to be associated with “freaks”.
