doomscrolling on tumblr because for some reason tumblr hasn't banned all proana accounts like what the fuck these people are deranged. I hate that it's still so accessible. Get fucking help. I've been sick for coming up on 7 weeks and have barely been eating anything and I hate to see these people glorifying actual disordered eating like come on, that's disgusting.

pro ana/thinspo accounts, don't follow or interact. as someone who has overcome anorexia, seeing accounts that glorify not eating is very upsetting. you should never have to feel guilty about eating in order to feel pretty or valuable.

Instead of following thinspo blogs and proana girls and boys I decided to change something. My life should be more than a number on the scale and the calories I eat. I want to live a healthy and happy life. Enjoying time with the people around me without depression and eating disorders. I always wanted to help others but I can't help others before I have helped myself. Follow me on my journey. You will see me falling a million times but I will raise even higher.
