You know what AOT character deserved the world and had arguably the most cruelest death in the whole series?

Poor lil’ Faye. It’s already bad to get ripped apart by titans, but ripped apart by dogs? Oh god why?!

I get her demise was suppose to be the motivator for Grisha’s eventual actions, but it still saddens me that this innocent girl had to endure such a punishment for something that wasn’t her fault.

I seriously got a bone to pick with Isayama for this one. 😣

3 reasons why Armin would’ve been better off with the Armoured

1.) He can fight alongside Eren’s titan

2.) He can be the literal defender of the Survey Corps

3.) NO creeping on Annie

You know what?…

If Ymir did stay in the scouts during season 3, then during Historia and Eren’s kidnapping, it’d mean she would’ve had the chance to interact with other characters.

I’m actually curious to figure out how she would talk to Mikasa, Armin, Jean and even Levi and Hange. There must be more to her than her wanting to save Historia too.

Commander Erwin Smith - he’s… alright I guess.

Before you scroll away, let me explain why I’m not as hyped around Erwin Smith as the rest of the fandom.

Even when I started watching the original anime four years ago, I barely even thought about this guy. I definitely don’t mean that in a bad way, however, there’s not much about his personality that stands out to me unlike the other veterans.

We have the lone-wolf clean freak Levi, the loony scientist Hange and hey, even Miche I liked more and he’s barely in the show (which should’ve been more) but all I remembered of Erwin is that he’s the commander of the Scouts… that’s it.

Okay, he likes to gamble with his tactical decisions, that’s okay. He has a bond with Nile, which was never brought back up again in S4. And he had a dream to prove his father’s theory was correct, which he was so close yet so far to get to. So you see, it can be very hit or miss with me personally.

Side note: Actually, I’ve seen a lot of fan projects which give Erwin some weird quirk like the other veterans that I can remember liking; much more than canon Erwin at least (especially A Slap on Titan)

I will give him this - overtime I grew attached to his voice acting performance ,cause it’s phenomenal! (talking about the English dub, sorry) Michael did a fantastic job during Erwin’s outstanding speeches, from when Erwin got his arm bitten off, to of course the suicidal charge in S3. He really brings out the raw emotions the commander was feeling in those moments.

In conclusion, before Erwin fans get me, the man is just ‘meh’ to me outside of the great voice acting. He rarely crosses my mind when I want to draw fanart or write fics unlike many other AOT characters. Sometimes I wish he was given a slight extra part to his personality than just being the strict, smart commander throughout his story.

Oh well, I guess that’s what happens when your boldness is bigger than your eyebrows.
