Attack on Titan- 'Call Your Name' (COVER)
Covered this song from my all-time fave anime. 🎧 Best listened to with headphones AMV: Flittia Plays Vocals/Mix: me
One of the reasons, maybe THE reason, I started watching AoT was the music. At first it was just Sound/Linked Horizon's songs but once I started watching the show, I fell in love with the rest of the soundtrack.
But going back to LH, by looking at my @ it will come as no surprise to you that Jiyuu no Tsubasa is my favourite song from the series. It's just... everything it represents at the moment we first hear it... the hope of it all 🙂↕️. I get teary eyed when I'm listening to the other LH songs, like Shikabane, and I spot the fragment they've taken out from Jiyuu no Tsubasa. My whole brain hyperfocuses on that reference and how triumphant it is, just by nature, even in the middle of battle when nothing is certain. It kinda reminds me of the "advantage" themes used in videogames to tell you that you're winning (:
I just think it's neat (:
I have a very important question for aot fans:
Which is better?
Call your name
Call your name (GV)
Y'all think at least some of the AoT OST would fit with the Metal Virus saga?
I was playing lo-fi music at work and someone complimented me on my choice and I didn't have the courage to tell them it was the attack on titan ost
Hey everyone!
I wanted to conduct a bit of an experiment to determine what is fans consider the "best" of Attack on Titan’s musical score. To figure this out I'm doing a survey to see what they deem are the best musical pieces from the series.
Create a playlist of what you consider the best and essential music from the Attack on Titan anime. Choose what music pieces you consider to be the most prevalent to the series: what music defines it. This can be based on popularity, the frequency it appears in the show, your own critical opinion of its greatness, etc. You can expand on/explain your choices if you'd like to.
Some rules:
Choose from anything that appears on the officially released soundtracks. This includes the scores by Hiroyuki Sawano and Kohta Yamamoto as well as the tracks with vocal features. No opening or ending themes.
Your list can be as short as you'd like, but try not to exceed 20 tracks. Let's keep it concise.
Please specify which version of the song you are listing if that song has multiple versions.
You can list them in a ranking if you’d like, but that is not essential. It’s up to you how you arrange your list.
Here is the Google Form for you to submit your response.
I absolutely love the soundtrack to Attack on Titan so I'm eager to see what everyone else's opinions are. Thanks to anyone who contributes!
