I've been getting really into apocrypha lately (mostly due to Jonny recommending the podcast Apocrypals in one of the TMA q&as, which I've since become enamored with it) and it's really difficult to describe the weird excitement I get out of what is essentially a bunch of Early Christian boys' bible fanfiction.
