In the latest update, we added a notification reminding players to link their account to one of the available login methods: Google / Apple / Facebook / Steam / Login + Password, if their account is not yet linked. This is important for protecting your data, but we’ve noticed that many of you have encountered difficulties.
❓ Why does my current progress disappear?
When you tap “Log in with Google / Apple / Facebook / Steam / Login + Password,” the game connects to cloud storage. If an old account was previously linked to that storage, the game will load it automatically, and your current (unlinked) progress may appear to “disappear.”
This is not a technical error, but the standard behavior of cloud saves. To avoid this situation, please follow the instructions below.
1️⃣ Save your UID (Required!)
• Before making any changes involving account linking or switching accounts, make sure to save your current account UID (take a screenshot or write it down).
• You can find it in the game settings.
• Why is this important? If something goes wrong, customer support can only restore your progress manually using your UID. Without it, recovery is impossible.
2️⃣ How to link your new progress to an old email/account
If you want to keep your current progress, but the login method is already connected to an old account you no longer need:
• Log into the old account (the one that appeared after signing in through Google / Apple / Facebook / Steam / Login + Password).
• Go to the Tools section and press the Delete Account button.
• If your main profile does not return automatically after deleting the old account, please contact customer support for assistance restoring your main account.
• Once your main account has been restored, connect it to your preferred login method (Google / Apple / Facebook / Steam / Login + Password).
