She doesn't really kill people, she takes their eyes because they are fascinating to her. She targets people who have unique patterns in their irises, she tries to keep the eyes in near perfect condition as she takes them.
To that end, she doesn't regret it, because if they die that's a skill issue on their part, doesn't matter how botched or rushed the operation is, a victim dying is their fault, she doesn't take responsibility, can't feel guilty for something you don't believe you did.

Or woman, he uses guy gender neutrally. And anyway he patched the wound with that fake skin, you didn't ask for a surgery you asked for a tat.

Well he has to, it's this whole thing, really long story, but the long and short of it, is that if he doesn't kill people he gets really sick, and he makes his boss really upset, and his boss is a really chill guy all things considered, like he wouldn't be here without him, but that's getting into it, anyway he doesn't really like it, but it's just kinda background noise now.
So um he's heard of this thing called cognitive dissonance, but every time he tries to understand it he starts hearing static and his nose bleeds. Anyway Slender wouldn't ask him to kill people who don't deserve it, he literally has no reason too.

It needs to eat, he can't stop it. He's tried, please trust him, he has tried. It won't let him free of this, and it's better if he just takes an organ, the organ that it craves the most, basically harmless, he was a medical student, he sterilizes everything, and you can live without a kidney. He just can't let the hunger fester, it takes over and it tears people apart, it devours everything, it doesn't even need to do that, it just punishes him for not feeding it.
He can't see in colour anymore, the world will always be grey, but he knows the colour red, it's the only colour that still filters through the monochrome, and it reminds him how much of his humanity has been sacrificed. He has to eat humans, but he can avoid killing them, he will avoid killing them. It tells him that's a losing battle, but fighting losing battles is what people do.

In his almost complete and all encompassing knowledge, and his very humble opinion, he is not killing to try and relive the cocktail of emotions he experienced from his first kill. He is not a thrill killer, that is armchair psychology and if he was a thrill killer he would've realised that he'll never experience that again because nobody is ever going to love him unconditionally again. He's not stupid thank you very much, he knows what a thrill killer is, he knows that killing his family was a very specific situation, so fuck off.
And anyway if you're so smart and know everything.
Did you know that he destroys everything and everyone he touches? I know, it's almost impossible to believe, his personality and charm makes the most frigid of hearts swoon. But if you pay attention to the bread crumb trail of his life, you'll notice that there's not a single person he cares about who he hasn't dragged down to his level. He can't take that his grave, not now, but he'll take it to yours. So go to the sleep it makes the bleeding out hurt less.

*These are my characters, I haven't written their stories yet and am kinda going to use these sort of headcanon posts as a way to flesh them out.
Also yes some of these are just how they were portrayed in their original stories, but I'm trying to give myself a foundation of how I'm going to work with these character going forward, so I'm building them from the ground up and establishing my own canon, picking and choosing what I like, fight me about.
(Expect for like crepey's characters, I love them how they are and just want an excuse to write my interpretation of them ^.^)

I also tried to do these in their character voice, so let me know if I achieved that or if they sounded all the same.
I mentioned this to @tired-enby-thats-obsessed but the only way ArachNyx and Toby would be an item is if it was forced/arranged.
And only then Nuhme (The Queen Origin/Leaded of the Cult) would have to 'Okay' it. Other than that, it wouldn't happen, and even then think ArachNyx would HATE if Nuhme and Toby ever spoke to each other.
Some more Regional Variants I designed! Galarian Spinarak and Ariados have 10 points from their Special Attack moved to their Attack. More details below!

Galarian Spinarak: With Galar being far more industrialized than their home region of Johto, Galarian Spinarak have developed darker coloration to better hide in soot-covered nooks and crannies. Their body patterns have become bioluminescent to help scare their prey in place, too. With increasing urbanization, more and more Galarian Spinarak have been found sneaking into human households for warmth and shelter, much to the discomfort of the Galar populous.
Galarian Ariados: Ariados in the Galar region dig pitfall burrows to dwell in. When waiting for prey to pass by, they face forwards and prepare to pounce on any unsuspecting victims. However, when they see a large enough adversary, they will face backwards and use the stronger pincers and spinneret on their rears to attack.
Arachnyx: Galarian Ariados that evolve into Arachnyx now almost solely rely on their abdominal jaws and spinneret to attack. Arachnyx control vast networks of webs spanning whole forests as their territory, and patrol the entirety of the web through the night to see if any unfortunate prey have found themselves caught in it during the day.
For any opponent Arachnyx somehow cannot overpower, simply turning around to show them the face on its rear is more than enough to scare them off.
