Arayes - Lebanese Meat-Stuffed Crispy Pita

Arayes - pita pockets stuffed with seasoned meat kofta filling, then pan fried until crispy. Lebanese street food - kind of like quesadillas

Make sure you get the pocket style pita. The spice in the meat is strong so I would reduce the amount of seasoning.
