The first time Loki met Arcadia Tivan, she tried to kill him.

Immortality is a curse when you’re destined to spend it alone. Arcadia Tivan would know. As the “baby” of the Elders of the Universe and the daughter of the quite frankly odd Collector, she thought she had found everything when she married a mortal man and started a family just over two centuries ago—and then it was all ripped from her.

In the present day, Arcadia is known as The Informant, a mysterious and powerful information broker. Unfortunately, her obsession with gaining the Time Stone to go back and undo what happened to her family has landed her in hot water with the TVA.

Arcadia is not the sort of woman to tamely go along with the authorities. But then she learns that the god of mischief, Loki, has recently become involved with them...and that’s when everything changes.

oc halloween challenge ~ day fifteen: soulmate au

Arcadia never thought she would actually find her soulmate, the person who would have the same series of musical notes tattooed on his arm as her. Every time she thought she might be close, she realised she was wrong.

Then street magician and local thief Loki, who pesters Arcadia almost every morning on the way to work, comes into her studio bleeding - and there, on his arm, is the combination of musical notes she’s been looking for.

Bad Moon Rising + Captain Marvel

20 years before Arcadia Tivan is involved in the hunt for a certain Orb, she lives a very different life. Always having made smart business decisions, Arcadia marries Ronan the Accuser. It makes sense - she provides the sort of information the Kree Empire needs to survive, and in return she has become a respected member of their society. Only it’s not one of the best choices she’s every made, and Arcadia realises it more all the time.

It’s only when Starforce prodigy Vers winds up on Earth that Arcadia realises things are amiss. The Kree Empire is at war with both Xandar and the Skrull. Despite the information she has presented them with, she has been lied to. Determined to undo the misery of her past few decades of marriage, Arcadia seizes her chance.

Involving herself in the Aesir’s investigation of what is happening to the Skrull, she plays a dangerous game, and stands to lose almost everything. Yet Arcadia’s bold movements plant the seeds of discord, and set the board for a future bloody and devastating confrontation with the Kree man she dishonoured.
