Ok so I looked around a little bit more and found a place where the flagged posts are (on the mobile app, anyway). Click on the little dude on the bottom right to get to your blog, then click the gear in the top right and on your account page they'll be a "Review flagged posts" option under the Inbox option

I don't remember seeing this option before now, so it may not always be there, but if you've been alerted to having a flag, I'd guess it'll be there (but tumblr doesn't always work as it should so who knows).

come to think of it, I'm like 99% sure there's a neurogender flag too, would love to see a morgrem icon for that too!
