Curtain Height Adjustment Mod

I just discovered this default replacement by granthes at MTS that enables the height slider for curtains through the Late Night EP. Does this belong in the Mods/Packages folder, or the Mods/Overrides folder? I assume the extension by armiel for the Generations EP curtains would be placed in the same location? I looked in the documentation related to the mods in question but to no avail. Thankful for any help!
