"Loveless"
The difference between romance and friendship is subjective so pls don't treat this as the way to differentiate between a crush and a squish
(oh also fun fact: this actually happened. I copied and pasted my friend's exact words lmao)
Please enjoy this little snippet of a scene that’s been rolling around my head like a loose marble these past few days.
It feels good to draw the heroes reborn kiddos again. Also I love Hamish & Cassie’s friendship.
Also yes Cassie is taller than Hamish. Girl got reincarnated and was like ‘in this life I gotta be taller than my bestie’
when ur culture puts everything on romance, u start to feel like an outsider if you dont experience it...
Quick Comic about Life as an Aro
Definitely check this out if you’re aro, questioning, or simply want to know more about what that looks like. I relate to this as a greyromantic, so I really love this 💚💚
I’m just not interested in romantic relationships. Yes, that’s a real thing. No, there isn’t anything wrong with me.
just a little comic for all my fellow aros out there
Invisible Identities
I wanted to include asexuality in this comic, since it’s asexual awareness week, so I went with the theme of ‘invisible identities’. Being nonbinary, being asexual, and being aromantic are all things that are... not well known. Coming out often involves a vocabulary lesson, people sometimes accuse you of making the whole thing up, or you’re pressured to choose a side: male or female, gay or straight*. But they’re all real things, and the people who really care about you will put in the effort to understand.
The flag badges appear in the order I realised they applied to me: first ace, then aro, then nonbinary.
*Bi and pan people get that too, but this comic focusses on my own identities.
