I've been reading Kakashi Retsuden and oh boy...

So the mission happened when Kakashi was 7 years old (we know that from the manga), he lived two years with the hate of the village over his father, now he is 9 and he found his dead father, he reported the death to the Hokage, and he also took care of his father funeral. Great, that's fuking great... it gets worse, because many people came, but to say things like these:

It is BAD... once again... it gets worse, because Sakumo isn't the only target:

Kakashi couldn't win here, if he cried for his father they would get angry because they thought Sakumo wouldn't deserve it. If he doesn't cry for him he is creepy. If it hasn't started before, when Sakumo was still alive, it started here, with Sakumo's death.

Where is Minato in all of this? He makes an appearance after the end of the second day of mourning, when Kakashi is walking alone to his home:

Kakashi is 9 years old and it is not until a "few years later" that Minato becomes his boss, Kakashi is at least 11 when team Minato happens. Kakashi spends at least 2 years alone!! Well, I bet Gai was there somehow, but he was not part of a team with Gai, so from age 6 to 11 he probably was a rotating teammate of older people, like the people that went to Sakumo's wake!

Team Minato becomes the first time he is kind of out of his father's shadow, Minato seems cool with Sakumo, and the kids don't know shit or say nothing. He is 12 when he becomes Jounin and Kannabi Bridge happens and Obito dies, 12 or barely 13 when Rin dies, 14 when Minato dies. Kakashi gained a spark of hope and it got violently snuffed in front of his eyes, and the only thing that did was to cement the idea that he wanted to protect his people, he might fail, but he only can keep trying.

The implication of Death in Trollhunters

i always loved how Death (movie not counted) how Death is used in the Show.

Every death used to further the Plot forward had meaning behind that. you didn't just kill off characters just to for the hell of it. at least for Most apart.

Kanjigar Death was meant to Set up Jim to the next Trollhunter.

Bular Death was meant to make Jim the Hero of Trollmarket to have Gunmmar in hit list and to prove to us how far Jim has come since the first episode.

ARRRRGHHH Death while temporary- was the final push for Jim to go to save Claire's little brother form the Darklands by himself.

Vendel Death was meant to weaken the heroes and destroy their only safe net which at the End Push Claire to make that Ultimate Portal.

Draal death the Most tragic was meant to the final push for Jim to Kill Gunmmar.

Aja and Kre's Parents and Mother Death- both meant to push Aja and Krel to Maturity.

Merlin Death - was the passing of the troch to Douixe. making the one alongside with Jim to lead the guardians and like Aja and Krel to Mature Douxie too.

Even Jim" Death" - was meant to Weaken him in order to get Stronger and Also to how Strong the love of Claire is.

although i prefer not to talk to about what it lead still Claire's love is enteral.

Morgana Death at Wizards - was for to rest in Peace and the end the terror of the GreenKnight was once and for all

there Some Other Deaths like Userna and Kurbiz which both meant to punish them for their actions.

While not every Single Death Clicked most of them did most had meaning.

I just rewtached "percy Jackson - the lightning thief " an boy is that one a shitshow.

I know this is a common take, but hear me out:

Apart from changing the whole setting, every character and the plot for this story they fucked up even further.

Every fight scene is CLEARLY choreographed and too slow. You see the actors waiting they're turns eg deflecting a blow that comes 2 seconds later. And if someone uses their powers the "conjuring action" happens and you wait, and wait until finally something happens. And the whole camp???? Why are there soo many people and still luke appears to have a cabin on his own? Why are there archers training across some heavily used footway?? Why are people practicing sword fighting on the path???? And there is one dude doing aerial skills in the background?

There are AMAZING visuals and I know why I liked the film the first time (I didnt know about the books then). But these visuals are only amazing of you dont know the book NOR the film.
