I searched abt 'achilles come down' cuz I wanted to see if anyone else saw the "jump of the roof" part as Apollo playing with him.
Then the Google AI popped up and:
"Although the song itself doesn't explicitly mention Apollo, fan interpretations on Reddit suggest that the narrative can be seen as Apollo (or another figure) appealing to Achilles not to kill himself after the death of Patroclus."
Nowadays, I rarely block because people have been mean to me.
I'm a combatative bitch, and I will decimate my haters.
(also, I have zero to none engament, so...)
Nowadays, I block because the algorithm thinks I like the most rancid stuff, just because it's creator uses/likes the same hashtags as I do.
actually I'm getting steadily angrier about that last scene
Finished Halo 4. I had fun. Not the best thing in the world. That last scene was a blatant tease.
So, I finished it. I haven't watched the after-credits scene yet. It was fun. I'm still a little confused about how Chief and Cortana were sortof on the same plane at the end. It was interesting how the Didact basically wanted to, and had the capability to, turn people into AI, but I think I was putting too much stock into that because I thought it was interesting. So, she basically died? I don't understand why she and he were interacting on the same plane just before she died! It was interesting though. I wonder whether he's going to get another AI in the next game? I feel like you can't just get rid of Cortana: she's the second face of the series! But it would feel cheap if they just brought her back.
I like the Infinity and the Spartan 4s well enough, and needed moar Halsey, and got a little bit more of all of those in Spartan Ops.
I really liked the final scene where you have to crawl up the light bridge, just because it was cool, but I also don't understand how he survived the nuke! Is that to do with what the Librarian did to him? Now we're back to the human-AI fusion thing again. That would explain both how he survived and why he was on the same plane as Cortana. I've got to do some reading and see if that's true lol.
She seemed pretty sane at the end for someone going rampant. I guess splitting her rampant parts off made her less crazy but hastened her actual death?
The Didact was a decent bad guy and I liked the design of the Prothean bad guys but he was pretty one-note, that not being "Rah destroy all humans".
This review has taken up the entire credits time, so...
Oh well that ending scene was a tease
Perpetually naked Cortana and all we get is Chief's chest armor coming off
