If you weren't a SHIELD agent, what do you think you would be doing?
Hmmm... that’s a hard one. Shield has been my life for so long it’s hard to even imagine.
Well, if I hadn’t ever met Coulson or May, I really don’t know. Probably still with The rising Tide, or maybe I would’ve eventually gone to college. I might’ve ended up with Miles.
If I still had the team in my life but just without shield, and if we’re going for realism here, I’d say probably computer science (of course). For sure May and Coulson would want me to do that; stable job and all. And I’m also really good at it so it just is the path that works.
If we don’t follow realism, I’d want to write songs. I used to really like singing when I was younger, but I never really was allowed to. Too annoying, you know. I haven’t sung a note in, god, like ten years? Also, police work has also always attracted to me. I used to love shows like Forensic Files because of the mystery involved. It was a puzzle to solve.
I guess if I really thought about it, I’d tell you social worker. Working with kids in need. When I was younger I had some of the worst social workers that dragged me from crappy foster home to abusive foster home and only worked for the money. I started promising myself that I would never treat a child (or an adult) like that when I grew up. Mind you, when you’re on the run at 16 it’s hard to even apply to be a social worker. I do something kinda similar right now, I’m usually head of welcome wagons for young in humans that are on the street because their parents thought they were freaks and kicked them out. So it worked out (:
