Something I can't stop thinking about. I know Elsa was originally the villain. What makes me curious is when did Anna enter the picture? Did Elsa always have a sister or was she originally an only child at some point during production? I've read before, the idea was Elsa struck Anna on purpose, though I don't know if that refers to the childhood incident or the one at the ice palace.

Though the development of the movie, there were always two female characters. Through one point of development they were just a child and a queen-- like in the original fairy tale-- and they later became two sisters. 

What made Anna and Elsa become sisters was just a question that someone said “What if the reason they are involved with each other is because they are sisters?” Surprisingly the studio can’t remember who said this and who ever asked this life changing question at the studios hasn’t claimed it. 

Once the characters were siblings, another question appears: “Is Elsa evil or purpose or not?” First she was, then she wasn’t. 

Elsa in the final draft of the movie would never strike Anna on purpose; evil Queen Elsa earlier in development could have done that.

Where does the quote "That's no blizzard. That's my sister." come from? Is it a deleted scene? (also, there's a weird gif of Elsa.. I can't put links into asks, but it shows Elsa shooting ice out out her hands and covering the camera/view) )

Usually on animation movies there are scenes that get done but later cut out because they don’t work for the movie or they are making it too long. On this case, this quote comes from a scene that got done very early in the development of the movie and changed multiple times. 

This scene was first animated when Elsa was the villain of the story. Anna’s character was much different that what it ended up looking like.

Then as the movie’s development progressed it got changed again but it kept some of the original material. This time being the scene where the quote comes from. This scene was shown back on Summer 2013 as a teaser of the movie. 

They decided to show this scene because it showed enough of the plot, introduced the characters a bit and also made people interested on the movie. Elsa looks “evil” because during the pre-release of the movie when trailers and teasers came out Elsa was always shown as the possible villain to keep Hans a complete secret and make people even more surprised about it. Hence that she’s shooting ice and creating the blizzard.

However, the scene was not final and it got changed to the scene on the movie where Marshmallow is chasing Kristoff, Anna, Sven and Olaf. 

Variants between this scenes are Anna’s feistiness, Olaf calling Kristoff “Kristoff” and not “Sven”, Marshmallow’s design, some angles on the takes, Elsa actually creating the snow blizzard, and of course the colors and lighting.

do you think anna has super strength like people theorize about???

I do think Anna has a special strength-- physical and mentally. But I don’t think her strength is like a power. I mean, I don’t think it’s like Elsa with her snow powers.

Before Elsa's powers were relieved what do you think the relationship between her and anna would have been like? I know they would have had to see each other even if it was rare, and when they did I would assume they wouldn't have had much interaction.

Do you mean as in if Elsa’s powers haven’t been revealed by accident?

I think things would have been like they were before, only maybe Anna and Elsa would have to talk or they would see each other a bit more around the castle because now Queen Elsa wouldn’t be able to spend all her days in her bedroom. 

I also think that Anna would keep looking for a way to go outside or let people in. Probably Hans, since they said they wanted to get married and Elsa said no. I don’t know how that would have turned out because maybe Elsa wouldn’t let them live in the castle but that’s what Hans wants so…. 

I think things would have turned out differently.

It makes sense that elsa and olaf could be breathe in the extreme cold, kristoff and sven are in questionable territory but they deal with ice almost every day. But how could Anna deal with the extreme cold even in her new clothes. She even makes a comment about feeling that the air was getting thin to her.

While you got a point here, you don’t. I’ll try to explain why:

One of the things that the respiratory system does is warm up the air for the body. However, it doesn’t mean you’re immune to freezing your lungs out. According to my small reseach, everything is fine over -40ºF (not saying it’s fine to breathe at that temperature but you would live). That temperature happens to be Norway’s average winter temperature (in the southern and northern parts). 

Elsa has said that the cold doesn’t bother her so she would be definitely fine. Kristoff would be too since he would be used to the cold. Olaf doesn’t even have a respiratory system for starters, and Sven is a cold-weather animal (he is specially adapted to survive). 

Anna would definitely have the most trouble surviving out of all but her clothes would help more than you think. The air we exhale happens to be the same temperature than our body temperature. So if she isn’t cold, her body temperature is fine. To show how her outfit does influence, when she first goes out looking for Elsa, Anna is wearing her coronation dress was made out of silk and she’s freezing cold. With her wool dress, she doesn’t seem to complain about the cool, until Elsa strikes her heart. 

Thin air is actually related to atmospheric pressure. Thin air means there’s less oxygen on the air we breathe and that could be deadly. Anna mentioning the thin air is actually a joke because ‘she scaled the mountain so high up’. However, usually when there’s thin air it’s cold because thin air happens to be at high mountains. But on this case, she’s not telling that she’s cold.

Thoughts on Rapunzel being Anna and Elsa's cousin? Personally, i don't see why not, it's a cute headcanon that actually makes some sense.

I think it’s really cute and I like the idea. I like it mainly because royals used to be relatives because they “kept the royal blood clean” and I thought it was a nice touch after all the things that happened with “the girls are Rapunzel copied!” like Disney replied with “Well, duh!”

However, if you count historically there are couple years there that are a bit off so they don’t really work but it’s not big deal.

do the sisters have a last name?

They don’t. They are just Queen Elsa of Arendelle and Princess Anna of Arendelle. (Unless the directors did give them last names but were taken away, like Hans Westergaard)

In some fanfictions, especially modern day fictions, some people use “Arendelle” as their last name. Some other people use made up last names.

What did Elsa mean when she said she gave Anna the sun, the moon and the sky in the song ? "I'm on the birthday plan attack, I'm giving you the sun, the moon and the skyyyyyyy !!" Like, did she wish her sister everything in the world ? I don't get it.

What Elsa means is that she is going to give Anna everything in her power and as many gifts as she can to make her birthday the best day ever since she gave her a couple of bad ones for Elsa shutting her out. “You’ve never had a real birthday before, except of course the ones you spent outside my locked door”

Elsa bases off Anna’s birthday success according to how many things she can give to Anna when Anna just thinks is the best birthday ever because she gets to spend time with her sister.
