@Xoloet: The Gothitelle approached the Zoroark hybrid with a slight smirk on his face. "You hate somebody. Somebody with a name starting with an O, correct? Why don't you tell me a little about that~?" He finished, resting his chin on the back of his hand as he held his elbow with his other hand.
Aside the obvious-being a Darkrai with humans and taking over the dream hierarchy once more-Oscuro is absolutely pathetic.
Imagine if you will, having once called this island home and then sent away before its oncoming destruction. You then return, hundreds of years later as some weary worn out bloke who prefers to take things easy and as they come. You leave the equally pitiful human you call a companion to pick up the fragments of a society that was lost to the sea.
And then! You eventually become the father of another Darkrai-one mind you, that has such a strong aura that their mere birth was enough to act as a beacon to every dark type on the island to seek the child out in a pious fashion. And you KNOW this child has a very potent influence, and what do you do?
You choose to ignore it. Instead of teaching them how to fend for themselves in the case they come across the many dangers seeking to take them out, or hone their abilities which run chaotic currently, you choose to coddle them simply because they're a child.
You are the parent figure to two highly capable and potentially dangerous individuals-one from your own kind and the other from the kind that your ancestors chose to create a profound bond with, this specific one having a bond with a Rayquaza, a species known to have aided in the creation of this very land you call home-and you act as if they're perfectly normal and leave them to their own devices.
If I were in his position, I would see that their talents are molded and that they could stand on their own without me.
That's why I stole Luxu away some year or so ago, to attempt to train him and guide him under my paw, to shift the balance of the dreamscapes in my favor-
