Thrawn didn’t show the disappointment of being found on his face. He calmly set down the datapad he was reading from and turned to face the intruder. Despite of being out of the army for so long the regal posture with his hands behind his back hadn’t disappeared anywhere. 

“And why does this Supreme Leader of your organization request my presence, soldier?” He studied the man. Seemed to be quite high ranking.

He winced. Being surrounded like children like that was not good.

“Who are you?”

Jayran smiled and moved out of the nurse’s way. She kept patching the man up, even if he had just woken up. “Jayran Ker. We pulled your broken shuttle in, you were just floating around in space... Don’t worry about your crew, they are being taken care of too.” He turned to pull a small table with water and food on it closer to the bed. The turn revealed the symbol that was on his sleeve.

“What makes you think I need my guards? Or that they aren’t here somewhere?” Hux asked, drinking a shot. “Or that I care about talking with you right now?”

“Oh I’d recognize First Order soldiers. Or spies. I’ve shot so many of them dead and after a while...you just develop a sixth sense to know who they are.” Siro said passively and drank her beer from a bottle.

With a yelp, Hux fell onto the floor. He gave Ren a murderous look, fixed his hair and stood up. “Dare I even ask why?” 

“That was for sitting on my throne when you thought I wouldn’t see.”

Kylo Ren had come back from his away mission, and once he had handled his duties he was at the door of general’s quarters at the end of the work day, as always. This time however, he let himself in, giving the man a small smile. “General.” he said, “I’ve returned. Have you missed me?”
