So I played Pokémon Go recently today and I caught some new Pokémon from the regions in Pokémon Sword and Shield. (I forget the name of the regions.) And a mysterious Hoop floating in the air and then it dissappear in a strange glow as if it teleports. It could be the legendary Hoopla. If so, how do I get it. Do I have to be under it?
