Six Tumblr Fan Art Challenge: Complete!

Hi! Thank you all for your patience; I'm so happy I was able to draw some new faces, especially ones that were long overdue. Featuring @lovelockanswers, @lemon-sugarcoats-nothing, @matchakirin, @ask-coppertop, @chromacloud, and @askdaisydandfriemly.

I also want to thank everyone who left suggestions. I couldn't get to every single blog, of course, but I really appreciate everyone bringing attention to new blogs. How I Made The Ghosts!

Step One: Select a pose reference.

Step Two: On a separate layer, fill in the silhouette of said reference.

Step Three: Make the layer semi-transparent and erase shadows, connection points (i.e. between ear and head, between legs, etc.).

Step Four: Place the ghost horse in the picture and make it as transparent as you want. I changed the placement on mine a few times XD

Step Five: Copy the ghost horse and make one layer extra blurry (the body) and keep one layer the same (the head) to add emphasis. Adjust transparency levels and blur as preferred. I also added some additional mist to make the ghosts blend into the sene more. Done!

Here are the two ghosts I made for this piece as solid shapes! Feel free to copy and paste these into your own drawings as long as you credit the proper reference photos listed above :D

Lower your guard. I'm a wanderer of the night as well. I mean you no harm. Rather, I ask what troubles you this evening. Surely, there is more than meets the eye, yes?

"Lower my guard?!"

Without thinking much, Mune snapped with her words. Who would say such things here? As much as she wanted to impulsively lore-dump about her forest, she had to remain quiet to prevent from attracting unwanted attention. Time is ticking fast.

"I had to find food without being the food for someone else. As much as I wanted to stay at den, I'm still a nocturnal pokemon."

Inuyasha: Relationships don't tend to end well when I'm involved. After what happened to Kikyo... Maybe this is what's best for everypony...

I accidentally started answering this with Heartistry instead of Acrylic Dusk before I re-read the ask and realized I had the wrong pony (doh!). So you get a free high-res transparent PNG of Heartistry and her cutie mark as well (because I took some artistic liberties with the brush bristles and I thought it was cute). Also Acrylic Dusk's ref sheet said the paint on her tail changed color with mood so I played with that a little.

Vamptober 2022: Day 17

Thing about becoming a vampire, it’s rare that anyone tells you about you might suffer as an ageless castaway in the currents of time. Loneliness, apathy, boredom... It’s all about the cool powers and living forever! 

But boredom catches up to everyone, as @asktheartpone‘s draconequus-pony has exasperatedly discovered~
