Im a little late to the voltron fanart tags here on tumblr, but better late than never, right? Have a tiny cute mix breed. I WILL BE TAGGING ALL MY SEASON 5 SPOILERS WITH ‘ voltron spoilers ‘ FOR THOSE WHO HAVNT SEEN IT YET. however season4 and older is free game.
My first contribution to the Voltron fandom. A deep sea swimming shark child. Lance is so important, especially in @fishwrites fic, Watercast, found below. Thank you so much for writing such an amazing fic. I know Im tardy to the party, but Im so glad I started reading it. Cant WAIT to see where the story goes!!! Please stay awesome, feesh <3 Artist: AspenBear of AspenArts [[myself]] Watercast: http://archiveofourown.org/works/7921288/chapters/18100732 Some notes on the art: Was done in paint tool sai over about 6 hours or so, for a friend whos a huge fan of merlance. The very friend who pushed me to read the fic [ilysara] I had a very different idea in my head as to what Lance looked like than all the other art I had seen, and had to get it out of my head~ His tail is a mix of a lion fish [[hurrhurr paladins and lions]] and a Thresher Shark, whos tails are used like whips to stun prey. In the fic, Lance is known for being a quick swimmer, so what better combination~ I also TOTALLY thought he had a shark tail for the first chapter or two, so I had to go with a shark xD He also glows because Fishwrites said so. So glowy scales on his shoulders, hands, wrists and down the side fin. Also glowy eyes. And super long body. [[ok im done ranting]]
