on the topic of inaccurate, poorly designed chimeras
id like to redraw this especially with the design changes but also i feel like this is where i peaked artistically
cover for my second minicomic, white noise! "chad why does this one have a cover but the other doesnt" because i Felt like it.
this is a short 7 page comic exploring the relationship between two background characters named birchtail and heronclaw that takes place roughly 5 months before fading starlight. doesnt have much bearing on the main plot but i wanted to finish another minicomic just to like. really prepare myself for getting back into comics i guess

still also doing daily refs here, but theres only like 3 more left. heres asphodelsong, shes a pretty cool gal. easygoing but not afraid to stand up for herself. she and ebonystar dated when they were younger but uh.... didnt work out. asphodelsong is kinda... awkward around her now. probably most awkward is she now has feelings for ebonystars brother
like i said shes pretty cool. may recognize her from this i did with barrenclans asphodelpaw
