AU: Succubus/Incubus AU

Trope: Blind date

Title: Absolution Calling (from the song by Incubus)

Plot: Ian is a incubus, and he's damn good at it. He has been seducing people in their sleep for thousands of years.

His fellow incubi are tired of hearing about how he's "never needed more than three nights" to get a man to fall madly in love with him. They call him out of his bluff. "You think you're good enough to seduce someone withOUT your powers?" He says, "Sure." They say, "Prove it."

So, Ian becomes mortal. He no longer has seductive magic. He falls to Earth and feels pretty cocky…

…until he goes on a blind date. With Mickey.

Mickey doesn't even want to be on this fucking date. His sister made him do it. He grumbles. He hates the food. The guy he's eating with is nice enough to look at, but he keeps trying to wink and gyrate, and it's damn off-putting.

Ian quickly realizes that he has no clue what he's doing. He has to … talk? and listen?! and he can't just ooze sex and get this guy under his spell? And what is this terrible ache in his chest that is part lust and part fascination and part endless pain?

Oh, god, he's fallen for Mickey. And Mickey can't stand him.

He only has two more nights to learn how to love for real. And how to deserve the love of this prickly man.

I am currently frustrated with the disconnect between my brain and my fingers as I try to write my newest story, so I decided to use the AU Generator and the Fanfiction Trope and Prompt Generator to try and clear my mind and frustration.

I got Reincarnation AU and "Have one of your characters fall into the lap of the other character and oh God, they’re so close, they can’t breathe" trope, and this is what came out as a result.

Ace Attorney AU (Manual) Generator

Silly little generator I made for Ace Attorney AUs. You can use Google’s dice roller or you can use your own set of gaming dice if you have them. Roll for every category and put together your results.

My example: Smut fic. Godot and Mia in a 1950s suburb. Godot is a musician and Mia is a bookseller. Mia wakes up to a baby left on her doorstep. Featuring trope: friends with benefits. Very sexy, sounds fun!

i'm trying to fill my drafts again as i'm kinda getting low here, so i'm going through this au generator for inspiration.

While going through this i briefly see the word "prehistoric", but my trigger happy ass pressed the new prompt button before i even processed what i had just read.

i paused, stared at the void for a moment, and my brain just kinda "caveman Kokichi go 'unga bunga bitch' at Kaito and he kicks him into a sabertooth den"

only later on when i decided to write this post did my brain go "Danganronpa dinos" which defiantly is less chaotic than cavemen shenanigans
