hi yes ofc!!! i love auggie sm im more than happy to answer anything about them!

so im an astrology whore and i love sorting my characters with their astrological placements that really suit them ( fun fact: i did this with all my coworkers and my boss lol ). anyway, august has a cancer sun, libra moon, and an aquarius rising! 

their favorite type of sandwich is the classic, the ultimate, the one that can never go wrong: peanut butter and jelly. another one to add to this fact: they don’t like the crust.

auggie exclusively listens to pop and is a HUGE fan of abba and bowie! ( here’s their playlist if u want to listen to their favorites ).

auggie owns two pairs of shoes. one are e x t r e m e l y dirty and worn-out white tennis shoes and the other are a pair of green flip flops for the summer time.

they are 100% the type of person who would buy a magnet of a state/city/country if they ever get the opportunity to travel. it’s the ✨little things✨

bc i also really enjoy tarot and learning about the major arcana, auggie’s would be the fool!

they’re actually a really good driver! their dad taught them ( a little too early but ya know, gotta start somewhere ) and their dad is the realest mvp their is. best parent in that universe!!

if it wasn’t obvious, i named my oc august after being inspired by the lovely and beautifully written song august by taylor swift. we all know how much i love taylor’s music, so im sure none of y’all were even surprised lol.

a fun fact i just came up with for shits and giggles: auggie is lactose intolerant!

Auggie was not a vindictive person. At least not on purpose. But something about Ricky made Auggie want to ruin his day. He didn't want to hurt him or anything like that, just wanted to mildly inconvenience him whenever the opportunity arose.

And the opportunity had just a-risen.

Like the rest of the theater troupe, Auggie had been walking on eggshells around Achilles after their... well it couldn't be called a breakup if him and Ricky never actually dated. Achilles was... delicate, and they seemed to be thirty seconds away from snapping at any point nowadays.

But they were very pretty, and Auggie was only human. It would be better to ask them out now while they were single than to wait for Ricky to get his shit together.

Plus, asking them out in front of Ricky would be funny.

Achilles was at their locker, having what looked like a very riveting conversation with Ricky, and Auggie knew it was time to strike.

He walked over, standing beside the two of them and sent Achilles his best smile. "Hi, 'Chilles."

Achilles wrinkled their nose. "Don't call me that. Hello."

Ricky pressed his lips together so he didn't laugh and Auggie wanted to kick him in the shin.

"My bad," he said, "I had a question for you."

Ricky laughed as Achilles sent him a look. "You're very popular today, Hero. There must be something in the air."

Auggie needed him to leave, ASAP. Achilles wasn't going to have eyes for anyone else if he was around calling them pet names and having inside jokes with them and shit.

Achilles turned to look at Auggie, their eyes softer than before. They even smiled as they asked, "What's up?"

Feeling a bit more optimistic, heart speeding up a little in his chest, Auggie cleared his throat. "Well, I know you like musicals, and there's gonna be one at the drive in. And I have an extra ticket... Would you like to go with me?"

Ricky's eyes nearly popped out of his head, and Auggie smiled. He was so predictable.

Achilles blinked at him, tilting his head to the side like a puppy. "What musical?"

Auggie resisted the urge to throw a punch in the air. "Is that a yes?"

"No. It's a completely separate question."

Ricky elbowed them in the side.

"Ow! It is! Why are you hurting me?" they whined. "I only asked because I wanna know because it might be something I won't enjoy. So then I won't want to go."

Ricky winced, sending Auggie an apologetic look, which was not helping his already bruised ego.

"It's Bye Bye Birdie. Have you seen it?"

Achilles nodded, bringing their right hand up to their mouth to use their pointer finger to poke their lower lip. It was incredibly distracting, and Ricky definitely agreed. Auggie sent him a smirk when their eyes met and he looked away.

"Yes, I'll go with you," Achilles said, startling Auggie.

"Really?" he and Ricky said in sync. He was only a bit offended at the surprise in Ricky's tone.

Achilles nodded, making their hair fall into their eyes. Instantly, as if his hand was a magnet, Ricky brushed it away from their face. "Yeah. I've seen it already but I like rewatching things to see what I've missed. And if I get bored we can kiss or something."

"Really didn't need that visual, Hero," Ricky muttered.

Achilles ignored him. "You'll text me with the information?"

Auggie nodded, smiling so wide that his cheeks hurt. "Yeah, course I will."

Achilles smiled back, eyes sparkling. Ricky looked less than pleased, which made the situation even sweeter.

all the love questions for nancy & auggie

1.) who said “i love you” first? hahahahahah auggie!!! it's a drunk and very dramatic love confession, but it still counts! they loved nancy since the first grade, they deserved to be the one to say it first. 2.) what are their primary love languages? august is a huge words of affirmation type of person meanwhile nancy is quality time. i love how both of their love languages compliment each other very well! nancy will just love being around auggie and telling them how much she loves them and august will be on cloud nine the whole time! 3.) how often do they cuddle/engage in pda? well, since it's the 80s, not very big in public. they do get away with some things like interlocking arms and hugging. but if this was set in modern day and age, GOD they both would be so into pda! it would take nancy some time to get used to it, but once she does, they're both being a cute, lovesick mess around each other in and out of public. 4.) what are their favorite things to do together? auggie's really into film so they tend to watch a lot of movies together and auggie will just analyze everything. nancy isn't always a fan of everything they watch together, but she'll do her best to sit through all of it without falling asleep ( which has happened a few times ). meanwhile, nancy's obviously very into journalism. auggie's not super into it, but they'll often go to the library or hawkins high news room just to listen to nancy discuss the latest details of a story or an article. they honestly just love being around each other so much that they do not care what they're doing. 5.) who’s better at comforting the other? surprisingly, auggie. i was thinking nancy at first, but auggie's a cancer sun,,, homie is built at comforting. they're very good at shoving their feelings aside for nancy when her relationship with steve ends up in shambles, because they wanted to be there for her as a friend. nancy always looks for auggie whenever she's upset or hurt like they make her feel safe, seen, heard, happy, welcomed, etc. and when auggie's not around, nancy will lose her mind until they come back. 6.) who’s more protective? now this,,, this is nancy for sure! the girl keeps two guns in her bedroom. ofc she's more protective! while they're friends, nancy's very protective over august to the point where even steve gets roped in too. 7.) do they prefer verbal or physical affection? a good mix of both! i think they're a bit more on the verbal side from where my ideas are at right now. 8.) what are some songs that apply to their relationship, in-universe or otherwise? ha okay these are all on their modern playlist which can be found here, but here are some goodies: yours by conan gray, gorgeous by taylor swift, and i wanna be your girlfriend by girl in red. 9.) what kind of nicknames do they call each other? they don't have any specific ones other than shorter versions of their names so august "auggie" and nancy "nance". they don't give me big one nickname vibes.

ricky & august are still skater bros, but they did not have the messy summer fling! they did get a little smoochie a few times 👀 but auggie bro-zoned him lol

auggie joins the tech crew in s1 bcuz he befriends seb and gina ! then he immediately becomes obsessed with achilles, as one does, but he thinks choiwen are dating until the end of s1 and he's like lol wait i could've asked achilles out this whole time????

s2 is just him trying to get achilles to give him the time of day and failing until suddenly it works out of nowhere? (he is just as confused as everyone else but he will not ask questions)

then they go on a date and all things considered it's a good date! and then they're kind of dating for a minute until achilles breaks it off when they're having their mental health spiral :(

then choiwen happens and auggie is like [skateboards sadly]

i haven't figured out what to do with him for s3 so uhhhh that's it for now
