1. Practice true solitude through, breathing, meditating, and eliminating distractions. 2. Write, write, write. Or anything else that helps you release energy. 3. Don’t idolize others because you hold the same power they do. 4.Let people make their own mistakes. 5.Give yourself more credit, be your biggest fan. 6.Stop overthinking so much. 7. To breath is to find peace. You have the peace you’re searching for sometimes you just have to get back to your core to find it. 8. Being alone builds character. 9. You, yourself are enough. 10. It’s okay to be in your twenties and still growing and learning. 11. Life is a garden. You plant, grow, sow, and reap. 12. Don’t compare your garden to your neighbor’s garden. 13.
