Misty's design was fun as it was a male human form since her OCs are usually male. Added to the fact that with Aphantasia, her powers work differently! Other easter eggs are:

wolpertinger--wolf and rabbit! She had a wolfsona, and of course owns and rescues rabbits.

A little spoiler for Variant Realms. Bex finally tells Shreeko about his nature and her role, and his reaction is understandable. I love this kind of reaction for characters. Bex hate being labeled a god though.

Inkheart inspired this part, since it really fits Author Beings and their characters.

History: Her childhood was mostly adventuring in "horsey worlds"--imagining riding alongside her favorite characters and training horses. That is until she read westerns and King Authur, which eventually lead to Lord of the Rings.

At eighteen shew as called by her character, Kina, physically through the Fourth Wall to deal with a threat to the domains. That's when she learned about her author being powers.
