Autointoxication is a serious problem prevalent all throughout the modern industrial world. The definition according to the Merriam-Webster Dictionary is : poisoning by toxic substances produced within the body. In other words, toxemia and enervation coupled with improper digestion, eating habits and other high risk activities (ie excessive alcohol, tobacco & GMO's) have taken root and allowed the septic system of the body to create a living breathing wasteland.
"Hippocrates claimed that chronic disease came from autointoxication, ie., self poisoning due to constipation. The deposits of accumulated waste in the colon release toxins which inflame the nerves producing rheumatism, neuralgia, melancholia, hysteria, eczema, acne, headaches, and many many other health problems. Hippocrates also taught the way to handle diseases-Let food be thy medicine."-Nutritional Guide with Food Combining by Louise Tenney, M.H.
It is no secret that self intoxication has increased the prevalence and/or is directly related to diseases like cancer, obesity, arthritis & hypertension in the modern world. According to the World Health Organization Global Status Report of 2010, "Noncommunicable diseases (NCDs) are the leading global causes of death, causing more deaths than all other causes combined, and they strike hardest at the world’s low- and middle-income populations. These diseases have reached epidemic proportions, yet they could be significantly reduced, with millions of lives saved and untold suffering avoided, through reduction of their risk factors, early detection and timely treatments."
The cure to all of our ailments is simply to be knowledgeable about what you are putting into your body and how your body works. You own the strongest most indestructible machine on the planet, if you are not controlling it, rest assured someone else is whether it be your doctor, Wall Street, Congress, The Bankers or anyone else you have given your power to. The last of our human freedoms is to choose our attitude in any given situation-Viktor Frankl. Do not be discouraged or give up and settle for orthodox lies, step out of the box and live. I will be there waiting with my hands wide open to offer support if and when you need it.
