hello anonnie ! from what i can infer you seem a bit confused so I’ll try to clear stuff up ! id say its not exactly ‘narcissism’ for me when it comes to being autorose, i just think im someone i would like to date ^^

While it can mean different things for different people, for me this attraction stems from a number of reasons, such as the fact that im the one who knows myself on the most intimate and personal level (aside from my gf, who’s been with me for a VERY long time too) and i just find myself very pretty from time to time as well :3 it’s similar to the parameters i would use to find a partner for myself + it has helped me deal with many insecurities about myself

also pls don’t use the term ‘narcissism’ to describe someone being self-centered or egoistic. It’s incredibly ableist, as the term refers to a diagnosable medical personality disorder that disrupts daily life and interactions, and should only be used for people who actually have the disorder. and as someone who suspects i have npd myself id like if ppl use the term more respectfully ^^ /nbr /info (not implying that you may be secretly ableist or anything of the sort btw i promise, i understand that the term has been stigmatised and trivialised a lot, especially in recent pop psychology and i would be more than happy to clear up misconceptions ^^)
