First week of term over! Spent 3 hours in the library today between lectures doing some French grammar and translation. This year seems like it’s gonna be a good one! (thank god Friday is here though)

Ay freshers!
It's already the 3rd week I am here in Colchester, UK! (whuuutttt???) So there is just so many things I wanted to write, to share, to tell and to record!
Now let me take you to the day we arrived at Colchester.
The first day at UK might not be a good day for me. Clumsy is me is clumsy because I have left my make up bag in the airport's female toilet! Make up bag is like the last thing you want them to lose (or don't want them to even lost from you sight!). The fact that there is so many sentimental values inside it made me really upset and depressed. Yes, I literally cried about it. How can you not cry when a pair of your beloved earrings given by your grandma is lost! My heart was totally cracked when I am trying to accept the fact that I can't get it back. Can you imagine how am I going to continue with my life after that? I keep trying to tell myself, everything happens for a reason. MOVE ON. Get a new freaking make up bag (although I can't replace the exact same thing that I've lost). I felt guilty for losing the earrings. When people give you gifts, they expect you to take a good care of it. Now I just ruined everything, ON THE FIRST FREAKING DAY. So to get my heart at ease, to get myself move on from that bag, I have decided that I will keep some money and get myself a pair of earrings that looks almost the same with the one that has lost. I know, it is irreplaceable because the value is just not the same for things that people give to you and things that you buy for yourselves :( I just want something to remind me about it. Is it even legit?
Enough with my ranting, now talk nature to me! The view here reminds me of home in Malaysia. The roundabouts; Wangsa maju. Factories; Shah alam. I am so in love with the sky here. Not really sure what is it really about but the clouds are just fantastic every time I look at it.
Being the only TWO Malaysian (nani and i) in our department, I tell you it is really nerve wrecking. But alhamdulillah, so far our classes are great and we are doing good, so far. Confident is the most important thing when you come here, even to any other country. Be brave to be one of a kind. You can do things beyond your imagination.
Being here in other people's country, make me feels much more blessed and grateful for what I have back in my country. Don't think I have to explain more on it though. Just appreciate what you have because you never know when you will lose it. Nothing lasts forever.
Here's some autumn eye candy for you!hehe
