Imagining Memento taking suggestions for what future crops she’ll grow on the Avenger only to ignore most of the repeats because she cares about the soil/liquid health and quality of the food she’s growing.

There will be a fun staples that are year round, but she does “give them a rest” to introduce new things. Gotta have a varied palette!

Own an ice cream maker now(thanks neighbor❤️), and boy howdy, yeah several of these things and makeshift ones on the Avenger would be dangerous.

Now I have another cooking equipment Warren can get ticked off when someone dismantles it for parts.

What if our systems fail? they need to be able to be able to fend for themselves as it could take decades for us to come back.’#all said with true concern and sincerity as she’s returned to a world that was once claimed by another sept and /man/ it was bad #almost forgot. some dairy alternatives would be just as tough to acquire and/or make like regular milk #minus soy. Memento has that growing like a weed #oh dear… just thought about alien milks. both from animal and the alien plants #because the Elders introduced alien foods onto the populace #snickering at picturing Bradford making such a disgusted face when he called the vegetables weird in the prologue of Resurrection #ah need to have commentary about the food the Elders brought over. both intentionally and unintentionally. same with animals

Knew about various sugar and wheat alternatives but gardening has opened my eyes to so much more.

More fun for what Memento grows for the crew and how Warren is able to do a lot of his cooking and baking(and the others. Can't forget them.) That man probably has learned to how to make and perfect so many gluten-free and other specific ingredient-free foods.

Certain crops are staples, but she rotates things to keep a varied diet and for the few she grows in soil/grow bags, she wants to cut down the excessive use of fertilizers.

And she's hyper selective on any seeds she shared with havens depending on the location due to invasive species worries. But that's a losing battle when animals are involved, heh.

This woman and her motley crew have really perfected working with limited space but getting fairly bountiful harvests. Though growing more than one of a certain cherry tomato is banned unless that's a strong request for it on the black (food) markets.

Turning the Avenger and surrounding area into a death trap like Kevin from Home Alone when they have to make an emergency landing due to sabotage, but thankfully landed in a psionic dead zone so it hinders what ADVENT can do/use when they learn the sabotage finally went off and they start mobilizing.
